Benjamin is an unconventional founder — he first completed a commercial apprenticeship, studied media studies, and became self-employed at an early age. After working in the pre-political space for German family businesses, he recognized the need for fast and uncomplicated support for employees in psychological and medical matters. This led to the creation of doQtor four years ago — a service now used by over 100 companies across Germany.
