With a background in mechanical engineering, Ilir Aliu began his career at Siemens in Berlin, working in manufacturing on large gas turbines and contributing to the company’s innovation lab. He later moved into the world of corporate–startup collaboration before joining the startup side, first with Micropsi Industries, a robotics AI company, and later with NeuroRobotics.

Today, with 22Astronauts, he works with early-stage robotics and AI startups, helping them establish solid foundations and scale their technologies into real businesses. Combining industrial experience with startup execution, he focuses on turning advanced ideas into practical impact.
