Sarah Antor is Managing Partner at Helena Capital, a late stage growth equity venture capital firm based in Germany but targeting both European & North American next-gen industrial, climate and frontier technologies building for resilience and ripe for transatlantic scale. She brings deep expertise in capital markets, fund formation, late-stage growth and exit strategies with a career spanning three decades across banking, law and technology – the last two based in Munich, Germany.
In 2018, Sarah was tapped to lead the European investment banking division of Raymond James (NYSE:RFJ) as COO Europe and she served as CEO of the German subsidiary until the end of 2021. During her tenure, the division saw 150% growth in annual revenues.
Sarah holds degrees in economics, sociology & finance from Tulane University, a Juris Doctor from the USC School of Law and is a former Adjunct Professor at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität School of Law (LMU) and the EU Business School (EUBS) in Munich. She is fluent in German and English.
